So, this thing happened to me today which is why I’m calling this segment ‘Appreciation Wednesdays’. Here are some things I’m appreciative of today:
- My extra guacamole order not being impacted by shrinkflation (next time I see that Chipotle server, I’m giving cutie pop a tip)
- White men getting woke
- Black women being whimsy
- Dogs that pussy pop
- Racist politicians dying (I know the first two words are redundant but bear with me)
- Seeing art in unexpected ways and realizing there’s more art than not
- My life and the people in it
- Knowing that the above item is not corny and that people share that same sentiment
- Knowing it’s corny to not love your life and the people in because that’s what we are here for. And if you don’t love your life or the people in it, know that you should get some help.
